Have you ever had someone that hurt your feelings by spreading rumors about you or went online and said cruel things about you that weren't true and it just broke your heart and you didn't know what to do? One Saturday night I was watching a movie and the movie was about a homeless guy who had lost his daughter in a car accident and it traumatize him for his entire life. So what he did was he went to a church and decided to share his testimony. He went up to the church and asked them why they are serving a god who took his daughter away from his life. Some of you may know Renee Young or even had her as a teacher. Let me just start by saying that she is the coolest person I have ever known. I remember whenever I first had her as a science teacher my sophomore year, she was so kind to me. That year was her first year teaching at Starkville High. I was shy around her at first but then I got to know her a little bit more and the heart she has for Jesus. She taught me to believe in myself and to never give up. She is one of the sweetest person I've ever met. I am so glad that I overcame me being shy around her and actually talking to her because if I hadn't, I would have never known a beautiful, caring, kind-hearted person like her. Hey, my name is Rebecca and I grew up knowing Christ through my parents. Before they got married, they were Muslims and it wasn't their fault because their parents were Muslims. But when they grew up as an adult, they decided to give their life to their lord and savior Jesus Christ. I am so glad that they did because if they hadn't I wouldn't have known who Jesus was or what he did for me on the cross. I give god the glory for that. When me and my brother were young, my mom would read the bible to me and my brother every morning before starting the day and I really liked it because the stories in the bible were really interesting and most of all I got to know how much Jesus loved me so much that he gave up his own life for me so that I could spend my whole entire life with him in his kingdom. Do you believe in miracles? because to tell you the truth I do. You may not know me, but my right arm doesn't work the way it's supposed to work but I don't let that get in the way of me living my life the way god created me to live. When I was young, I didn't understand why god created me with a disability. When I was in elementary school, I couldn't do P.E. with my classmates because I couldn't do the things that the other students could. This made me feel left out and sad. But in my heart, I told myself that god loves me because he created me in his image and that one day he was going to heal me.
