The Way to Make It to Heaven Some people think that the way to make it to heaven is just by reading your or by saying that this is not the way to make it to heaven. To make it to heaven, you need to have a personal relationship with your lord and savior Jesus Christ. You need to talk to him (praying) every morning when you wake up and every night when you’re getting ready to go too bed. God loves it when you talk to him and ask him for things because he does provide. Think about it, when we were young kids and Christmas came around, we would go to our parents and ask for a bike or a brand new Barbie doll to play with and then when we wake up in the morning on Christmas Eve and go to the Christmas tree, we see all the things that we asked for. Well, for god it’s kind of the same thing but it might take a little time before you get what you asked for. God sent his only son to die on the cross so that all your present sins and future sins can be forgiven. If you think about it, the r

Judging People Have you ever judge someone on how they look, how they dress, or even how they talk? Or a better question, has anyone ever judged you on how you look? If you have been judged, how did it make you feel? Did you cry? Did you say something mean back to them? Did you walk away? All of us have been judged because of who we are but we shouldn’t hold that against us. We need to remind ourselves that we are created in god’s image and that’s what makes us special inside and out. God made us beautiful in many different ways. We are all made different from each other, but that doesn’t make us any less special than who god made us to be. If you read in the bible god said, you are mine, I’ve created you in your mother’s wound, I know how many hairs you have on your head. He even knows your darkest deepest secrets. I have been judged by many people and it hurts so much but I don’t let it get to me because I remind myself that I was created by god. God made me who I am and it

Promises From God

Did you know that there are over 32,000 promises from God in his word to us? If god says that he's going to do something then count on it. Sometimes we doubt god promises to us. And the bad part is that when we doubt him we never get the promises that he has for us. These are some of the promises that god has for us. in Proverbs 8:30 he says "i am daily his light". And Psalms where god says "he will keep me as the apple of his eye and hide me in the shadows of his wings. There are more but there are over 32,000 promises to list which is a good thing. For example, on earth we have people that make promises to us like if you give me some money to go too the mall i promise to pay you back then a day after you ask for your money and they don't have it. That's not keeping your promise to that person. But think about it god will never do that to us. here's a short clip, hope you enjoy it.
Trusting God Do you ever feel that you’re alone in this world and nobody understands how you feel inside? Or, have you ever lost a loved one and you got so mad at god for taking that person out of your life? If you answer yes to these two questions, then what I’m about to write about might change your thoughts.   Last year, I joined choir at my high school and my choir teacher had a student from Mississippi State University named Keyone Docher that would come to the high school and play the piano for us as we sing in class. Keyone had a few problems with his body because he was in a really bad car accident.  He had to eat from a feeding tube at night and when he talked there wasn't enough volume for someone to actually hear him.. I really didn’t know Keyone that much because it was my first year in choir, but as days went by I got know him as someone who took life as a gift given by god. When he passed away last year, I was heart broken. I came into class and saw everyb
