Loving My Heavenly Father

Convincing People to Follow Christ Have you ever tried convincing a Muslim person or anyone that wasn’t Christian that they should follow Jesus or else they will parish in hell forever? If you haven’t, let me tell you a story of how I did with my aunt. Last summer, my awesome teacher Renee Young, give me a bulletin that read Seek Him Summer Challenge and one of the challenges inside the bulletin was to talk to an unbeliever about Christ, so I decided to talk to my aunt about Jesus since she was an unbeliever. My mom had to help me because my aunt speaks French and so do I but I can’t speak it well like my mom does. I told her about how Jesus died for her sins on the cross and how he’s able to forgive her of her sins. When I was finished, I asked her if she would give her life to Jesus and make him her lord and savior. She told me she would like to, but if she did her husband would divorce her and she didn’t want that to happen. That broke my heart because she was choosing betw

   This is Laken Vickers and she is the best mentor and a really great friend that I've never had.I love her heart that she has for people and for god. I've never met someone like her before and that's a good thing. last semester she sat with me for lunch everyday instead of sitting with her senior friends. That meant a lot to me. I'm going to miss her so much next year when she goes to State but we will always be mentors for each other for life. If you don't know Laken, then you're missing out on a great girl. Have you ever felt like you're alone and no one understands you or you feel like you're not loved? Well, if you say yes then that's going to change whenever i tell you that the one who created the heavens and earth including you loves you so much. The bible says that god created you in his image. He even knows how many hairs are on your head. When your heart is broken his heart is broken. God loves you so much that he died for you and give you a gift of eternal life. Sometimes that's how I feel whenever I sin. I think about my sin and then feel guilty, wondering if god will forgive me of my sin. but if you're reading this, I want to tell you that god will always love you no matter what you do. He sent his only son Jesus to die for your sins so that you wouldn't face hell. Go on and live the life that god created you to live.     GOD LOVES HIS CHILDREN YOU NEED TO BE BORN AGAIN TO ENTER HIS KINGDOM
